Looks so yummy 😋 Especially on a tostada . Love your style, apron, and entry of ingredients, with some ready chopped and some showing prepped. 👍 😊

Been interested in this since I read about it in a book, but was never quite confident enough for it. Seeing you do it makes it seem like something I could do. Much appreciation to you and Nelson, hope you're doing well

One of my FAVORITE dishes! My version didn't have cucumber but I'm going to try it next time and the mango? Umm, yes please! It's just that touch of sweetness that finishes it off!

Need to find some good sushi grade fish and then I will try this - I love ceviche but have never been able to replicate the delicious restaurant grade dishes I found in Mexico!

Looks so delicious and refreshing! In Mexican cooking do you drink the leche de tigre?

3:17 Señor Nelson will finish it ( the men of the house always gets the bones “I love to clean the meat of the ribs , neck bones etc chicken wings bone in not a problem I’m an specialist on those…Gracias for sharing this recipe this is my first time I have seen how this ceviche was made and I have to admit I have not mastered this recipe but I like raw oysters and sushi but I had a bad experience with ceviche long time ago in mexico that I almost died from a severe allergic reaction due to the fish 🐟 😢

@@VillaCocina Yes I know but when you are in mexico you get excited about all the different things that you can get is endless but unfortunately some street vendors don’t take cleanliness seriously and they don’t know they can affect the customers and their own business which is their way of living and support their family…but I survived the bad experience but you get a little jumpy after that if you know what I mean…Saludos!!! Tell señor Nelson don’t be shy and devour your delicious food in front of the camera 😝 lol 👋😊👋

I have tilapia and shrimp. No sushi grade. No habanero but canned diced green chilies. No mango but canned pineapple. Can I still make this ceviche?
