Please share the recipe of Buttermilk. May I know the size of the cake tin used and can I use red gel colour instead of powdered one?

we have used 4 inch tin, you can use gel color but. you might need to add more. for buttermilk you can take 59 gm milk and add 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar in it. mix it and leave it for 5 -10 minutes before use
