That foundation really makes you look even younger. I’m going to try it, I think. I have such a hard time with foundation because I have texture and some wrinkles because I can’t afford fillers and Botox I really have some serious 11s from being angry my entire life. It looks beautiful on you.

I had bad 11s too, I also had 2 diagonal deep lines across each side of my forehead giving me a devil like appearance. 😮 I started using The Buffet from The Ordinary mixed in with my moisturizer (Vaseline Intensive lol) and I shit you not, within 3 years they are 80% gone. I only posted this to maybe help someone. I am 55 ina few days btw. And yeah I know it took a few years but I kept it simple, only applying a few times a week.

Funny thing, our boy cat Otis went completely skitty today (as he usually does) and was running up and down the hall and into the kitchen, pausing for a second to run again. Anyway next thing he came running into the kitchen, went into a skid and crashed into the back door! Eejit. He's fine. He turned around and ran off again. Jakers even Ziva reacted to she-who-will-not-be-named. I couldn't have one of those in the house. They freak me out.

I so enjoy your videos particularly the foundation reviews. In the video the HD foundation looked really shiny on you. I’m not a fan of shiny but if it smoothed your skin and didn’t settle into wrinkles or folds, that’s a huge plus. I would probably set it on my face with a bit of powder. Right now I’m in the market for a translucent setting powder for drier skin that will tone down shine but not cake.

The Nars is just a smidge better at smoothing texture and blurring pores - and the other 2 top favorites I have for that are the Guerlain Terracotta and Polite Society. Those are the most smoothing on me.

I want to try it, but it's so hard to get to a store these days. Busy work schedule and out of my way. It's just hard to share a match. I have fair to light slight olive skin tone. The foundation that matches me most right now is basma Beauty's foundation stick in light neutral olive color. It's right on. The foundation finder said there is no match to this. I am an Italian girl. So.e if us are light skinned. I did not realize I had an olive tone to me until I put my arm next to my husband's arm in the sunlight, and he looked like a strawberry and me an olive! 😆

I'm going to lean ever so slightly toward the MUFE Hydra Glow - mainly because it wears a little longer on me most days. But in terms of aesthetics (coverage, finish) they're quite similar and I like them equally.

I dig this foundation too!!! I knew you would like it! My problem is that I need to pick out a summer shade, which I hate doing. But the shade I currently own is now too light. Even though I wear a tub full 😂 of sunscreen every day, I have some major color from sitting outside at my son’s baseball games. Thanks for the video! Hi try adding a few drops of liquid bronzer to your normal foundation or you can get colour adjustment products from a variety of brands. No need to buy a Summer shade and you can mix enough in a container for a couple of weeks at a time (rather than mixing every day as that can be a pain in the morning 😂). Hope that helps x

Hi Shelley this is a beautiful foundation on you. I can only buy this brand online and with my shade matching issues thats not a good idea 😂. I’m actually good for foundation at present and truthfully I mostly wear light coverage products in the warmer weather (I think bright sunlight is a bit unforgiving to makeup 😂). I recently got a sample of the Ilia skin tint in the dropper bottle (not at all new but recently came to space NK so I could see the shades in person and try it first). I fell in love and bought it for the Summer. I use some green corrector and a little concealer underneath for my rosacea but it looks dewy most of the day on my very dry skin (this is difficult to find for very dry skin and eczema 😂). I find setting my nose and chin very lightly with a wispy brush is really helpful for longevity and blurring pores despite being super dry btw. I treated myself to the Dior lavender powder and really like it. My hourglass powder finally bit the dust after thirty months of use and my shade ethereal light is discontinued (I did buy a back up last year when I heard it was being discontinued). I fancied a change and love a lavender powder shade on my ultra pale cool toned skin. It has a slight glow to it too so I am happy with it. Best wishes x

They're about the same in coverage - I might say NARS is a smidge more buildable. The biggest difference to me is in finish, as the MUFE is a bit more dewy than the NARS (though I would still call the NARS dewy).
