我这直接冷水下锅,大火烧开,小火十几分钟保持沸腾不扑锅然后关火。只要米和水比例合适就好吃,哪里要这么复杂。

Can white basmati rice be use with this method?

Basmati is long grain rice. It’s not ideal for porridge. It’s better to either use short grain rice such as those for sushi or medium grain rice such as jasmine rice.

Many useful cooking, steam all kinds of food - rice (30-50 mins), , soup (2 Hrs), reheat all frozen food , blanc vegetables, blanc cook spegethi noodles, porridge (2 Hours) - Transfer desire servings to pot to cook marinated meat, vegetables desired, toppings (chopped green onion) and basic seasoning (Abalone Sauce, Ajinomoto White Pepper Powder, Green Onion, Fried Garlic & Oil, Chicken powder-optional, Shaoxing Wine). Or plain Porridge for side dishes (Teo Chew Style). Access plain porridge (per serving packs) freezer for other days use. Home Cook reduce price one third of retail food price and bigger servings to your desire.
