40 makhane One tbsp til One tbsp saunf One tsp flaxseed One tbsp tarbuj seeds Badam 25_30 After roasting badam for half a mt add 6walnut n one stick cinnamon n roast for one mt . Dry n grind One tbsp in one cup of milk Add gur mishri or gur pd

वालेकुम अस्सलाम वा रहमतुल्लाहि वा बराकतुह बाजी बाजी🧕🏻💐 इस नुस्खे को करने से इतने फायदे हुए हदियों के जोड़ों में और थकावत में के सिपा मिल गई गुड़ के बदले मैंने खजूर इस्तमाल कर ली थी कुछ गलत तो नहीं हुआ लेकिन फिर भी सेहत अच्छी है खजूर
