Excellent 👍 Btw chia seeds in my part of the world are called "tukh malanga" or "tukhm e langa" 😃 I would add some jaggery + roasted daal moong and a tinch of black salt in these ingredients.

I would say yes for oats however I wouldn't recommend to skip aata instead you can add multigrain millets.
