“yonkoma,” have been a very popular genre in Japan for a long time. One of the best things about yonkoma is that, with only four panels, we don’t require much effort to complete. Anyone can make one. While it’s great if the artwork is good, it doesn’t necessarily have to be highly polished. However, despite the simple format, there’s surprising depth to it. If you read a variety of them, you’ll see that those four panels allow for endless possibilities and creativity. Talented creators can truly showcase their originality in this format.
