what are the units for your efficiency?

Great job. Perhaps you could make a 20 hp motor and put it in a small car to get around in.

Making a motor is difficult because finding parts with lesser tolerance is impossible. We have to manually manufacture it which increases cost. Thank you so much for watching and don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊

Did you balance the 3d printed moving parts? That would help increase rpm for sure.
@MechNinja Жыл бұрын
I have not balanced it....as i don't find it vibrating while testing.... Although I was getting a good rpm during no load condition....but white testing it on a propeller, I was afraid that it might explode...so I have tested it at 50% throttle....but next time I will enclose it with a metal casing..... Btw thankyou for watching and don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊😊

Did stators also 3d printed ?
@MechNinja Жыл бұрын
No, the stators are not 3D printed....I have used it, of an old motor..... Thankyou for watching and don't forget to subscribe 😊😊😊

Why not 3D print the stator?
@tobins6800 Жыл бұрын
The stator needs to be ferrous.
@MechNinja Жыл бұрын
Because first there won't be much torque in the motor. But if we use a ferrous material like iron....then there will greater force of repulsion thus we get good torque. Although there are some ferrous filaments available in the market....but currently I am using a market stator. Thankyou for watching and don't forget to subscribe....😊😊😊
