I've lived next to a small bakery for the last 25 years and Can get outdated bread any time I want . I used to be able to just ask for it and they would give me as much as I wanted . Now because of lawsuits they have to throw it in the dumpster and I gotta pick it out on the sly .

I used to have a (secret) ground bait recipe directly from Mick Thill, lost it years ago. I do remember toasting (not drying) the bread crumbs in the oven though. It really worked well, we used get big schools of fish feeding right in front of us. We would get everything from 2 inch golden roaches to 25+ pound carp all on size 14 and smaller hooks and 4 to 6 pound test. Match fishing really rocks, I'm surprised it never caught on here in the States.

Everyone has their own ingredients to make carp bait,I use flour mixed with water.And it works perfect.But sometimes I do use bread when I'm cast netting four Baby carp,for gar bait 👍👍👍

I definitely would have put it on a backing sheet or foil so you don't have a fire other than that, looking forward to carp fishing

I just use night crawlers for carp. Workd well enough for me

I hear that strawberry jello mixed with some sweet corn and bird seed along with the bread crumbs makes a good carp pack bait. I didn't see you putting anything together in this video. Just how to make bread crumbs.. I thought everybody knew; Just dry out bread and crush it..

you may also add some special flavors like garlic or even add some dried crab/shrimpshells in the food processor.

Tell me why someone in Louisiana would waste their time catching carp, it's a trash fish, there's way better fish to catch and eat than that
