FBI You can start anytime bro, taking whey protein has nothing to do with you being a beginner or advanced lifter It all comes down to your total protein intake throughout the day, It is a very conveniet source to get in your protein but if youre already hitting your protein goal with food, theres no point in consuming whey protein. Learn the value of appreciating someone's hardwork rather than blindly accusing someone of using an external compound when there are no real red flags that suggest the use of anabolics whatsoever. Why don't you try eating like this and following a strength training program for a year, and come back here to this very video to laugh at your very own comment? sam It really doesnt matter in the bigger picture my bro, you can eat whatever you want, all that matters is what you eat in a day dont worry so much about timings. The only thing that matters imo is to get in majority of your carbs before going to the gym thats all, hope it helps you out bro🤘🏼❤️

Increase your calorie intake, train arms properly(12-15 weekly sets for biceps and triceps) and be patient bro, Gaining muscle is a very slow process.
