I would like to ask what is the base you use when punching the holes for the belt. It looks like it can be smoothed out after it get beaten up over time.

Unless you have a particular battery platform (Makita, Ryobi etc) having matching tools is unnecessary - what you need is for them to give you the fizz when you use them.
