Thank you for this. Truly. ❤ It put in mind the line from the animated Hunchback of Notre Dame movie, where Laverne tells Quasimodo "If watching is all you're gonna do, then you're gonna watch your life go by without you." Watching this video of yours had me remember how much being productivity-oriented had me feeling like I was always stuck on the outside of my own life. It wasn't me living for me, it was me living for productivity. Your words reminded me of how I feel every time I get to truly put myself wholly into being alive, and not watching how it all goes from the sidelines, just because I need to be up-and-at-'em! for the next task demanded of me. Thank you. ✨ This was exactly what I needed to remember that I need to be present for myself too.
