Say the algorithm12 times and say each number and word clearly. They represent frequencies and must be said out loud for the sound to resonate throughout your body. Softly & quietly meditate 15 minutes or more. It may be used 2 or 3 times per week.

Can a pyramid have its frequency changed by changing its color?

It would be a slight change in frequency. The angle of the pyramid is really the determining factor of the frequency.
