Several years ago I wanted to make smoked fish dip and realized I needed a smoker. I wanted to make fish dip, but everything I found online the fish dip recipe called for smoked fish. So I set out to try and make fish dip without a smoker.
It wasn't long before I went out and filmed a catch and cook on the south florida fishing channel and catch fish. Trigger fish to be specific and this would be the fish used in my fish dip recipe.
You can use any white fish meat for this baked cheese fish dip recipe. Go out and do your own catch n cook or just head to the store and get some yummy tilapia or whatever you can get your hands on.
