Fun, fun, fun! It's great to see you back in the saddle. Do you do anything with the fish carcasses beyond maybe using them for chum? If not, might I suggest fish stock? The great thing about fish stock is that you can extract all the nutrients, collagen, etc. way faster than beef, pork or even chicken bones -- about an hour for fish as opposed to many hours to even days for the others. Before making the stock get whatever bite-sized scraps you can off the carcass then get your veggies of choice and make a hearty fish soup that's practically a magical health elixir. The collagen would go a long way toward helping your lungs fully heal.

Great video. Few years ago wife and I were staying at Dove Creek Key Largo. We got a young captain to take us for an afternoon fishing. Would up catching two hog fish. We were not going to keep any fish, but he convinced us they were the best tasting fish. He filleted them and we took them to a restaurant right at the end of his dock. Best tasting fish we ever had…Parmesan encrusted.
