I think it's really ridiculous you have to complete the whole collection six times for just 6 outfits and you only get 7 days to complete the hobby that repeats the musical numbers you unlock and you can only have 1 xylophone. Sims Freeplay needs to make some changes to make it easier

Nena Foster Have you downloaded the update from wherever you get your apps? Once it's downloaded, the nanny should be at the park. The quest won't start until you tap on her and accept the quest, so don't worry! :)

I love this idea, but the hobby is SO INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. I'd have my infant play the xylophone and the little green bar would reach 100% and then reset back to around 70%. I have six hours left and three more spots on the grid to fill... And I probably would have been able to get it without LP if the game hadn't decided to glitch out.

LPs are so rare and valuable, and anymore you can't get the limited time prizes without them. They should just call it like it is and make the limited prizes worth LP, or VP for that matter. Or better yet, just make them cost money. That's what it adds up to in the end. Why do they keep calling it sims FREE play when it isn't free at all. Sorry, I know the developers deserve to be compensated for their work, but it's just keeps getting worse. Maybe I'm just grumpy because the last time I played I had a friend who had a pet park that has since been shut down.

Yes you can bathe your baby 😀 pick up the baby and click on the bath and two options will come up bath time fun for 9 mins and another for 54 mins ☺️💜👶🏻

Hi! Thanks for making these guides. I usually try to get through the hobbies using LP, but this time I ran out before I could finish the musical hobby. I had 258 to start, meaning it would have taken at least 12 days to finish a hobby that has to be completed in 7 days. I feel like it's kind of misleading of the gamemakers to do that (there should be a possibility of it working). Is there something I'm doing wrong? If you get time to figure out how many times you have to do the hobby to complete it, would you please let me know?

I believe in the video we talk about this and we estimated it would take at least 19 or 20 times for each 6.5 hour task. What happened with your game would depend on how you were using your LPs. To get the entire hobby collection, you need to either have a baby get to level 6 in the hobby, so that all items are unlocked, or you could use the "lucky spin" at each row of the collection. So you could use LPs to either skip each 6.5 hour task with a single baby working on the hobby and leveling up (the best way in my opinion), or you could spend them on the lucky spin.

Make2 Hm, that's weird -- it definitely took me longer than 20 times. Unless you mean it took 20 x 12, which would be super long/ridiculous for the game to assume. Why do you think it took me longer?

Nope, we meant at least 20 times in total. :) It's supposed to be random but sometimes I have bad runs with hobbies myself. The fashion hobby for the recent long hair event, for instance, was really difficult in one of our games. One method I have seen some people recommend is to save your game to the cloud right before you get a random result, and if you don't like the result, you can then restore your saved version and try again. This is a bit tiresome to do over and over though and you have to be a bit careful. (Speaking personally I can be absentminded and I am always afraid I will accidentally delete my game instead of restoring it!)

Laura C So I don't know why, but my results don't seem to be random. If I load the game on another device/try it multiple times, the hobby seems to have the results each time I use LPs to speed up the process. It's not at all "your problem" or anything, I don't in any way expect anyone to fix the issue -- but it definitely takes way more than 20 times of completing the xylophone action. I get to 20 and still have fewer than half of the collection. I don't know why it's different for me than someone else. :\

Andra Beqiri I haven't tried it in the new update, but I hear it still works. About infants walking -- you can have an adult sim practice walking with an infant, but I believe they need to be carrying the infant first.

The baby will go to the toilet on its own, then that green bar will fill up but the bar for hygiene will go down. Then you can change the diaper.

Golden Flower101 I think the clothing items from the hobby are not timed, but the ones from the quest are. Time cheats corrupt and mess up your game. I really advise not doing that again.
