makeCNC vectric scale calculator tutorial

Good morning I was looking at your scale calculator and was wondering if I had a file that was designed in Vcarve Pro that has parts that fit together for say .125 thick wood and now I want to make it out of .25 thick will this calculator work for re scaling it Thanks Jeff

yes it will work fine for that but of course, your model will be larger if you scale up the drawings to 1/4 inch

i apologise but we have no spanish speaking support...this program is used by hundreds of people so we are sure that it is not faulty in any way...if you could use google translate to to let me know in english exactly what your issue is i will try to help

When you changed x value it looks like you need to rearrange the parts as they no longer fit on the material.

Hi Jim you just need to increase the material size in the Vectric software the tutorial is just to show how the calculator works it's not about nesting which is another subject

you just need to resize your material or re-nest the parts after you are done scaling
