Very insightful, the imposter syndrome is real but so are our gifts to lead. I completely relate to his story about Top Manager. I remember not feeling worthy and rather then appreciate the acknowledgement I shyed away from it. Perhaps it's a personal issue but its refreshing to hear this similar experience from others! i agree, imposter syndrome is setting is as my new start date is approaching. There are a few older workers who Im very nervous about managing, just as they discussed
