I fixed my issue. Just take it out of the case if u have one n tap the phone on ur leg ,the back down n the face side up n the sound will pop back on.

FOR PEOPLE that has the same problem as me 1. The media sound turn orange/ yellow 2. When connected to bluetooth it can work properly but it seems like it still connected even after you turn it of Turn out you're stuck on headphone mode What to do is Install Disable earphone/headphone And ten turn off the headphone. Restart It works for me

So i dont everythingg u say. ANd guess what everything war worked exept permantly the sound. What i mean For Example in *#0*# the test sound work and play all time until close it. so i know that is not any divice conected and also that is working the speakers. when i close this diafnostic we go back as no sound. I dowload the app to change it to no Headphones AND YES girst time i had sound from apps but for 1.8 seconds. EVERY TIME when i am pressing the button of the app i have sound from any apps of my phone for 1.8 seconds. Info i can provide to you the only think i done today that was not in my routine was, to open a movie from mobile and to connected to TV. But in tv i dint had conect with my email/account details so the netflix tell me to send a passworld and etc. I dint care i just force close all apps in my phone include it netflix and from tv just change anttena mode channels. If this somehow help you to tell me any solotion.

The problem with my phone was that the bluetooth was set to ON and connected with the headphones that were in another room in their box, that i hadn't used in over 6 month. I don't know how my phone decided to connect to those headphones. The moment I turned bluetooth off, then all the media volume came back!!!
