Wow! Like night and day. A functional open style but with well planned storage which reduces clutter. Tastefully styled with out overwhelming decor or colour. This makes the home feel peaceful, yet just enough colour to feel fun.

I love the foyer!!! It's really functional!!! For Japanese and many Asians they put their shoes off when they enter the house, I wish to have a designated space to take off shoes and unload bags while loving the designs of a mudroom. Maia has combined these two elements and now the Foyer is functional and sparking joy for me!!!

I love this makeover. The calming organized ambiance must give peace to a family with kids. I loved the patterned fabric of the bed pillows and the colorful artwork in the back room. The soft stone colors work so well with the overall theme.

Instead of using a drop ceiling in the master to have the top of the curtains hidden for that hotel feel... they used deep molding... a very interesting and attractive choice i'd never considered. Good upload

I like how they turn off the lights when taking the before photos so that you can think it was such a bad space before. Truth is. The space was just cluttered. I do like the after though don't get me wrong. It turned out great.
