We bought our 80s log cabin 2 years ago and have made major improvements as we can. When we bought it, it was also terracotta, yellow, and wood on wood. We have slowly incorporated white, creams, and greys into the home and remodeled bathrooms. I was so happy to come across this for inspiration for the kitchen and I think I have found my inspo!

I really appreciate this video. I would like to see more log cabins featured, because my husband and I just bought one, and while I like being in a log cabin on occasion, they really are not my favorite style of houses. I feel like the logs are housing a million spiders!!, and I am not a fan of too much knotty pine. He loves it all, but I need major inspiration.

I was looking for what they did with the log walls. I too bought a log home built in the 70’s my husband loves our log home look but I think it’s a bit dark would love to see options and how to on lightening it up.
