This designer is just about the best on utube, and the end result speaks for itself. Can't stand designers who rave about what they've done, but the proof just isn't there!!! Wow, love, love, love it!! Love that wallpaper on the ceiling -- very unique -- and the definite no TV idea in the living room. Kitchen, foyer, and sliding door restoration are also amazing!! No wonder the client was crying from happiness... job well done!!!

I would have had the dining room floral wallpaper start above the plate rail as per her initial idea and just continue it up to the ceiling, it's so pretty! Also, every bay window deserves a custom, built- in window daybed/chaise and reading nook where you can curl up/nap and sunbathe :-)

Why does everyone always want to paint trim white? I live in an almost hundred year old house. The lower floor has most of the original trim stained (except in the bedroom) and the upstairs has it all painted. I want to strip it all. Wood is so warm and inviting. I mean maybe not if the walls are all wood, but trim? It's a nice contrast.
