This was so frustrating to watch. Maker had flawless alerts. Super clean. As opposed to the police dogs that were literally all over the place with their alerts. For some strange reason the Trainer couldn't pick up in the ridiculously clean alerts. He just stared at him. Maker could have won if the trainer picked up on the alerts.

@@davidadams7602 I say this post is right on. The dog was smarter, he picked up on the scent but the trainer was scanning around while the dog gave the sign and instead of at least trying the item he just walked out. The trainer needs more training on how to read cues.

Ay B no duh you could because there’s people casting telling you the dog is & also what the item is. Even without them tho all you need to look for is the slightest change in behavior, however with people literally telling you what’s going on you can’t sit there & say even you could tell because it’s obvious since people told you... I hope you get what I mean by that.

This made me so sad! I think maker could have blew all those dogs out of the water! His trainer was paying no attention oblivious he was like walking he wasn't even in a hurry! He just stood there and stared. I wish maker would have another chance with a different trainer

I had one before named boots. He use to pull me from the rode when I was little by my pants. Lol and he use to get the chicken eggs and sit them on the porch and they wouldn't have holes in them either. They are very smart dogs and love to learn new stuff too.

He purposely ignored the signals from his dog in that last section. When you train a dog, you pay attention to them. After 4 years they should be able to read each other very well. And Maker was being very clear with his signals. The audience were the ones being played in this show.
