just a tip, you can use a chamfer mill in the cnc after facing, it really helps with the burr that you get when facing, if it doesn't just look better it'll hurt less to handle.

Honestly I think I enjoyed it more because I didn't have to do all the designing/modeling, programming, a s-wad of setups and touch offs and checking it all 3 times before lighting the candle. ;-P But I sure as heck didn't get the satisfaction of creating a small wonder and holding it my hand when done or being able to share it. Also if you are thinking of buying a mill or a lathe your better off not buying a Chinese one it's just a bad idea they are usually very low quality and are not woth the hassle I would recommend having a look at the brand optimum they sell very good products

Looks good. Good job. I would have done much more of the crank case in the mill. And I would have used a slitting saw to make the cooling fins deeper. But that is just me. There are so many ways it could have been done. Looking foreword to your next video.

I’ve always wanted to make and fabricate working little engines back when i was 10, I’m 15 now and my tool arsenal has gained a lot. Just need a lathe and a mill. I made a CAD model of an in-line 6 motor with everything, went off of the firing order to make the correct camshaft, just needed a 3D printer 😢
