To determine the load capacity of a DC motor, we need to consider several factors, including: 1. Motor power (250W) 2. Current (24A) 3. Speed (310 RPM) 4. Gear ratio (not specified, assuming 1:1 for simplicity) A general rule of thumb for DC motors is to use the following formula: Load capacity (in kg) ≈ (Motor power × 1000) / (Speed × Gear ratio) Plugging in the values, we get: Load capacity ≈ (250W × 1000) / (310 RPM × 1) Load capacity ≈ 806.45 kg However, this is a rough estimate and doesn't take into account factors like: - Friction - Inertia - Motor efficiency - Gearbox efficiency (if applicable) To be more accurate, let's consider a safety factor of 0.5 to 0.7 (depending on the application). This reduces the estimated load capacity to: Load capacity ≈ 403.22 kg to 564.51 kg So, the DC motor can likely handle a load of around 400-560 kg (880-1234 lbs), depending on the specific application and conditions. Good job, I like it. I have only a trouble about the position of steering connecting rod. In your design you have differen position of rod-end bearing (tie rods) min. 5:00 to 5:30, in this manner when you turn left or right, the angle of each weel is different each other. I think it is better connect at the same point the two rod-end bearing (pitman arm). Go on you are in the right way.

Robots should be driven by one motor on each wheel. Not by axle. You will have usage on the tyres like that. At each turn, you will scratch the ground with those solid wheels.

Hello, very nice job, I have some questions: - Aluminium bars size is 20x20 or 40x40? - Wheel axle is 16 or 20mm? - did you pierce the pipe to put the flange screw through on the back axle? - Did you try on beach sand, it worked? - Whic material did you use to make the pulley? Thank you
