Hi Maaike you were fairly ruthless lol. I did this last year at around the same time. I hadn't worn lipstick or lipgloss etc for all the time I had been wearing masks, so I went through them all and many had expired. I replaced a couple of old favourites and bought a few new things to try, but truthfully I'm fairly set now as far as lips go. I only wear limited shades, so I don't need a ton of renditions of the same thing. I have about 25 to 30 lip products and truthfully I'm fairly well covered with that number (I never wear a bright lip). I have discovered I'm super fussy with lip products and scent is a major thing for me - if it's too strongly scented I don't like it. I do use lipliners at 51, but I didn't in my thirties either - unfortunately as you age you lose some definition at the vermillion border. My lip shape is still fine and I still have some fullness with a defined cupids bow, but the edges are just not as sharp as they were. I don't overline etc I just use a little to sharpen up the lipline. I'm not mad keen on liquid lipsticks tbh and find most of them drying. I have two I think should I need something super long wear. I'm not a big gloss person either and truthfully I just like bullet lipsticks the best in a cream or satin formula. I hope you feel more able to choose the lipstick you want to wear, without losing track of where it may be. Best wishes.

Oh dear, when wants and needs meet, though decisions are made. You did amazing. I also don't like glitter in my lippies, which unfortunately Charlotte Tilbury likes to put a lot in gifts with purchases. Have been holding on to these for whatever reason, but almost never wear them. Might be time to let go. Already have a bag full of lippies to declutter, but not as many of yours. Mainly drugstore, some highend.
