Hi, I’m sorry for your loss. It’s great you shared the love of makeup with your mom. I remember having the two-faced Smoky eye palette in HS! It was so good to me throughout HS. I actually found it earlier this year and tossed it.

My 65+ year old mom still has her moms old makeup bag (she only had one small bag of makeup, all bought from her local cheapo market lol). Doubt i'll be able to gt rid of it when the time comes either! Condolences for your loss.

Yes! Good point. I'll show a complete pile (before and after) in part 2. I'm not finished. I got burned out and started categorizing at 42:07 for the next declutter.

The grey thing is packaging for jewellery- it's the thing that watches and bracelets are wrapped around in a presentation box/stand 😂 far too many memories with these products/declutter! I recently decluttered that gorgeous green eyeshadow palette from wet n wild - don't think I ever reached for it! The nyx sweet cheeks palette because I couldn't find a peach blush anywhere. A lot of these were your recommendations over the years. Collection is still my go to concealer thanks to you!

Oh my gosh, you’re right. It’s for a watch! That makes so much sense now! I loved all the wet n wild palettes, but bought more expensive ones and forgot about them over time. Also, green shadow can be tricky to pull off regularly. I liked a lot of the things I decluttered, but there is only so much one person can use and things get old. ❤️

I later learned it was started by Quwbec entrepreneurs in Toronto back in 1974. I wasn't familiar at all. I didn't know they did more than makeup. Interesting ;)
