Susan! I'm so sorry you are experiencing carpal tunnel pain. I have a little bit of it and understand how uncomfortable it is. Praying for you to find relief in this. Took a quick trip to Brighton, Michigan with my sister to visit our 91 year old aunt Thursday. Had supper with our cousins and their wives first and then chatted with her for a little over an hour until she was tired. Came home on Friday through Holland, MI and stopped at a little town off of Lake Michigan to dip our feet in the water and get some sand between our toes. Thought of you since I was so close. Hi Susan, I used to get Carpal Tunnel really bad (wore wrist splints and had to sleep with them I had so much pain) Until a man at my gym sat and taught me a basic exercise that reversed the issue. Ill describe it best I can. Sit down in a chair or on your couch, have a small hand weight(or full water bottle, can of soup) either will work. Lay your arms palms up on your legs as your sitting, have your hand and wrist hanging over the edge of your knees. Holding the weight(you can do both hands at same time or one at a time) Lower your wrist and the weight downward(remember palms are facing up not down) Slowly let the weight go down, then slowly lift it back up, as far as you can go, do that about 10 times on each side, then pause a min, then do it again(I would do sets of 3) I do it anytime my wrists start to bother me. Its basically a reverse of the movement thats giving your problems and stretches the muscles in the opposite direction and I find it feels pretty good. Do it as often as needed. Hope this helps! Holy smoke!!!! You hit the nail on the head!!! Their "body language" and whatever they're holding conveys the emotion that a face would. THAT'S what makes them so appealing! My husband and I recently bought a wonderful little home that will probably be our "forever" home. The sellers were the children of a recently deceased elderly couple. They sold the house furnished and, although we donated much of the furniture, we also kept quite a bit that suited our style. They left 2 little Willow angels in the master bedroom: one holding a seashell (we live at the beach) and the other holding a bouquet of flowers. I was so happy when I saw those two little angels. LittlePoet I was soo embarassed last month- my iphone game I play gave me endless lives for a few hours, I woke up in the middle of the night howling in pain. Googled and it is called "texting claw"! I was so embarassed omg but used a splint and ice packs and no phone (hard), and it got better. Hand pain was awful I hope you get better!

Oh my....of all my foundations....that is #1 at hiding my pores if I wear a primer. I wore it today and my cheek area....I said " where did my pores go?" It's a good makeup.....it doesn't slighty set up on me darker but I sort of like it!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Hello Susan! Thank you for the Hydro Boost review, I swear they also make a gel cream (blue jar) that has the same name. You look stunning, love your hair and that red blouse on you. I know what you are saying about hand pain as I was told that I have the beginning of carpel also, UGH. 😢 So I have been using my left hand to clip and scissor more than I used to. I also do hand exercises and use a hand hot wax tub for pain relief. I was prescribed Voltren gel by an orthopedic doc, but I have pets and it is a gel nsaid, and I cannot touch my pets if I use it because it is absorbed into their skin and can be lethal. I use an orthopedic glove also, seems to help. The pain from the thumb to the wrist is just awful! Anyway, it's great to see you and the Cooper, please give your boy a hug from me. If you get your lowlights...stay away from the summer sun because the lowlights will be a waste of money and time. An hour out in the sun seems to strip everything. Another alternative to lowlights is a shades E Q semi permanent used as a toner.

I forgot to mention my daughter has been collecting willow tree figurines for years! We both love them, as a matter of fact she gave me the nicest "mother daughter" figurine for mother's day last year and I absolutely love it!

Beautiful video. You know I'm binge watching since I only found you recently and don't you dare comment. I was getting what must have been carpal tunnel until I retired from medical transcription and wore the wrist splint things to sleep in at night. Oh I don't mean to cry but is was so touching the song at the end and Cooper jumping on the chair with you. I didn't know he is 14 and having some health issues. I've been there done that, I'll be praying for him and you. Our fur babies are the most precious things in our lives and people who don't understand that are just not complete and don't know what they are missing in their lives.
