If you have any pointers for first time home buyers that you wish you knew about before hand, I wouldn't mind a video on that. To be honest I don't know where to begin lol. Because for our first house we purposely picked a place that we knew was only a starter home and just wanted low payments. On the second home we were VERY picky because we're hoping to make this a forever home

@@IvoryCherry we want something with things that are only minor to fix. Both my hubby and I were in construction so we want to find something with a nice layout but may need to be updated. This is going to be our first home. Let's face it I hate the thought of renting. With the cost of renting and when your lease is up they can really kick you to the curb. Plus I want to leave something to my son. Fortunately I know a lot about building codes and what to look for in a older home. Hopefully we can find something without breaking the bank. Lol

That's exactly what we were looking for in our first home, only minor fixes. I'm not sure if you're hoping this is your forever home or if you want this to be a starter home because I think I would have different advise but if this is a forever home, I think you should create a list of things you NEED (big kitchen, large master, fenced yard etc) and DO NOT SETTLE for anything if it's not on your list, especially at the prices houses are going at today. Take your time and ALSO if you can, go to new construction home models (even if you're not planning to buy new construction) JUST to see the layout and get ideas on what you'd want for your own home. Best of luck!!

Im in love with my No7 loose and pressed powders. As you say not all powders look good on top of foundation, but these look amazing. Very affordable and cute to boot. Must try products imho🌞

Ooo I love cleansing balms. I need to try that one!! Ommgg a cooling feeling face primer?!?! I need that! Especially with the warmer months. I need to try it. Ahhh I love the becca corrector for a no makeup day!! I literally use that and set it, then do my brows, set my eyelids, apply mascara and its my go to quick everyday makeup when I work early. Also yes girl I do the same. I wash my hair maybe once or twice a week unless it gets real bad from working out lol. But dry shampoo is a life lol

there's one by elf! it's in a jar! the formula is a thicker than the biossance but I still like it! just have to wait a little to let it sink into the skin

Have you tried tubing mascaras? I recently got onto the hourglass one and I love it for everyday. Also I have been doing a nightly lash serum (optilash) and in combination with dying my lashes it has made mascara optional for some days. Love you energy btw, you are so down to earth.

Have you tried a tubing mascara? It doesn’t flake and it removes easily with water! My fave is a non cruelty free option but LA girl has one that I wanna try. The essence one isn’t very good but hopefully the LA girl one is good.

You gave me a great tip. I have the Urban Decay foundation yet when I apply it, it looks a bit dry on me. I also bought at your recommendation the Tinted Hydrator but their first shade is still too dark for me. So I’m going to mix them too! 👏🏻
