Everytime I feel overwhelmed about trying to keep up with social media demands/posting schedule etc I remind myself of the big guns: Erin Parsons for example. She posts on an irregular schedule, and I look forward to each time she does. I think the algorithm is a lie that feeds on nervous energy and weirdly is just a metaphor for self fulfilling prophecy. Thank for talking about mental health - it’s so important! I can’t even imagine how it is for you that are working with social media and by nature are a bit of an over thinker. I’ve had the shittiest year in a long time; The year started with my beloved cat got sick and I had to let her go. It took me 6 months to stop crying over her passing. Then 2 months ago I learned that one of my best friends has terminal cancer💔. Another friend had a breast cancer scare, thankfully she’s fine♥️. I also deal with my own nerve disease. To be honest, I’m not feeling the best. So thank you for posting your videos, I love your style of makeup, you are not screaming that you’re obsessed about everything, you have a great sense of humour and your personality and voice makes me calm. Enjoy your amazing trip with your family and spend lots of time with your sister! 💕

Would highly recommend paint by numbers , I spend like 2-3 hours doing them and I didn’t even notice the time had gone. That time would’ve just been spent scrolling on Instagram which is just notttt good for me in the slightest. Also gotten back into reading
