Wow, you solved a problem I've had for years. I feel I need eyeliner, but it's so hard to put on smoothly, and ends up looking uneven and/or too obvioius. I tried your method of using dark eyeshadow and a thin narrow brush. So easy, and it works perfectly! It's subtle compared to the harsh line of an eyeliner. Thank you so much!!

Do you ever do anything with your eye brows? I think your eyes would really “pop” if you added a little definition to your eye brows. Btw, you are beautiful with or without makeup!

I'm always looking for the old school eye shadow applicator that just has a cotton tip, they're my favorite thing to use other than my finger. It's a Cupid's bow, I have a super prominent one as well.

Thank you, found this very interesting & fun! You are lucky you don’t have to do eyebrows. I pretty much have no eyebrows anymore & the thing that takes the most time is drawing on those eyebrows. I do take good care of my skin & it all helps. So we are like girlfriends now. Leslie, 😊 I'm 49 and very very rarely wear makeup but do for special occasions like family pictures, weddings etc. We have a wedding to go to in the next couple wks and this video was an absolute hoot for me to watch and gain tips!! Our daughter did my makeup two years ago she was 15 for the last wedding and did a fabulous job but unfortunately she can't come to this one. So that leaves me to do my own. Leslie, you are beautiful inside and out. You might be old enough to be my mom, but you don't need make-up. Most women only wear make-up because their mom or grandma wore it. I did until I met my hubby and he kept telling me I didn't need it. I haven't wore any since 2013. On my right eye I have a few blonde eyelashes and the rest are dark brown. I have gray highlights in the front of my hair. I'm only 33.

I think it’s always fun to see how others apply their makeup. I have worn Estée Lauder foundation for years. That was one thing I couldn’t give up when I retired. Leslie I think both lipsticks looked good on you but that darker plum color was the best. Do you not use a finishing powder? I’m going to try that mascara. Thanks!
