I used to be an Estie and I've had very nice skin, fortunately, most of my adult life. This is a super duper great idea. I use head and shoulders shampoo and I use that on my face and my body. When I take a shower, I just rub it all over my head and then all over my face and all over my body. It's easy because I don't have to use a lot and it saves me so much money. I used to use skin care products and stuff for my face and on my skin. This is the only thing that has me stop itching and make my hair and skin the best it has ever been in a really long time since I was diagnosed with eczema. Also, most skin care products for me, I think are overrated and a waste of money in my opinion because they don't work for me.

I have ADHD and depression so I have a hard time motivating myself, taking the initial steps to removing my makeup at the end of the day, and sometimes even just initiating basic everyday hygiene needed to start the day; so I found this *extremely* therapeutic and helpful.
