For everyone that has commented kind words i appreciate you and your encouragement. For the rest who think i am a horrible person or did even worse to my own children, Ive spent the past 7 years trying my hardest to make up for my actions, i own that and ive asked for forgiveness more times than i can count. Not that i have to answer nor explain myself to anyone here. Not everybody has the courage to share to the world all my mistakes. But i do it in hopes of helping someone else. Not for your judgement. I know when i leave this world my God in Heaven is who will make that judgement. Bless you all.

@@AbenezerScourge prideful people always want to exalt themselves in light of the struggles and failures of others by making confident statements that imply they would have done better in the given circumstances when they couldn’t ever possibly know what they would do. Humble yourself from that high moral ground you stand on, it’s an evil heart to have. No one ever needs to condemn someone who regrets their own choices, rebukes are for the guiltless and remorseless offenders, she’s clearly not one of them.

Thank you for your perseverense. Thank you for allowing yourself to let yourself learn to Know and Love God. Unasked-for advice based on experience: don't you ever ,ever let anyone tell you not to bother God with your "little problems" . When Jesus and then Peter told us to cast our cares upon Him for He cares for us, they meant absolutely all, from 'Lord, I'm going to ask 41:01 because you really do know everything, please show me where I put my glasses", all the way to " Lord, please show me how to expand my ministry to reach more people who need to hear it and learn to lean on You." Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, please continue to show Karla your favor and your wondrous Love as she goes about doing good in your name.

I can’t imagine comments such as those ridiculing you and casting judgements they are either evil themselves or they have no idea what trauma is ( which for Themis an un acknowledge blessing) some of these same people are the ones that will equate losing their phone as ‘trauma’ Your words of ‘my greatest accomplishment is being the woman that would have protected that little girl’ truly resonated with me and similarity that trauma (childhood) is a life long recovery process .I am 48 now and factoring in hormonal changes, recovery seems like a slow drip and often times I find myself losing my grip on hope But my dad use to liken me to ‘cool hand Luke’ and never giving up fighting and I will have to be dragged out of this fight

Lucky indeed!!! Human trafficking happens because life is a life and death, horribly transactional thing. Every meal is a funeral for something. The sun causes cancer. O2 is treating your blood in a manner not unlike Leukemia. This period in modernity wherein we tried (most correctly) to respect women, children and the disabled was a VERY unusual, VERY outlandish thing that will prove to have been a brief anachronism fueled by exhuberance, not compassion. Exploitation of women and children has been the RULE in human history. We will now resume our normal abuse because the world is breaking out in END GAME resource wars. NO ONE will have the time for decency or compassion. It WILL be dog eat dog. FFS, Harvard & MIT just released and re-released papers asserting that the entire short future of humanunkind is endless wars over water, food and FF. The above is HORRIBLE & wrong. ..and will soon get much worse. We did every apathetic and conformist thing we could do to insure this horrible day arrived. There's the bed you made. Lie down in it.

So so so glad you got out! I am a CSA, SA, DV and trafficking survivor. There are more of us than most ppl realize and unfortunately, some of us grew up under the radar bc our families looked "normal". Different circumstances, same abuse. Our largest goal, I believe, is to be who we needed.

WOW YOURE A MINORITY!! The LARGEST PART OF TRAFFICKING is self trafficking and if you’re telling the truth and REALLY DO KNOW the industry and underworld that well THEN YOU KNOW WOMEN TRAFFIC THEMSLEVES!! Hooking/ Prostituting is done mostly online these days and women create their own profile, and their own accounts and websites and all claim ‘INDEPENDENT’ that means NO PIMP! You know more than anyone that women traffic themselves!!! Please self snitch and try to come back and shame me for telling the truth and exposing the biggest lie in prostituting TODAY IN THE LAST DECADE AND HALF. EASILY EASY AND MOSTLY the past 15yrs women all make their own profiles and websites and hook their own bodies and LIE AND MANIPULATE AND EXAGGERATE THE PITY. It’s ssoooooo gross and pathetic and amazing the pity party MOST WHORES LIE about being victims. Women are LARGELY PIMPS AND TALK THEIR YOUNG TEEN FRIENDS AND EVEN ADUOT FRIENDS INTO DOING IT! NO DIFFERENT THAN DOING HEROIN THE FIRST TIME. Soooooo what if the girl in the video did a blow job to get a chicken McNugget happy meal !! SOOOO WHAT?? That was a self choice! Men are broke and beg for change and get their happy meal, it’s sooo pathetic the BIG LIE women say about HAVING TO, NO CHOICE. Well where do all the old ugly fat handicapped homeless men get their Mcchiken nugget money?? Funny how women just manipulate and lie and exaggerate . YOU DONT FOOL REAL ADULTS. You don’t fool real experienced educated experienced humans that know the truth that women lie sooo grossly for attention. You story may be true, BUT MOST ARENT. Most women are lying for attention and hand outs and free money because they are LAZY. Kids, young me , women not in the drug and hooking under world DONT BE FOOLED! Stop giving money and attention and sympathy and stop being FOOLS. You’re all fools and fooled and gullible and easily sold as pathetic chumps and MARKS AND TARGETS AND TRICKS AFOR THESE WOMEN. These women are ‘independent workers’ with no pimps and create their own porn and hooking and prostitute websites for sex work. You all , you masses giving likes and donations and comments of sympathy are pathetic gullible losers and you all got sold a lie. WAKE UP FOOLS! These women are professional LIARS. Professional con artists. Professional theirs who scam and rob and steal from these male clients. This chick in the video admits she stole the rappers guns and jewelry and cash and gold etc !! SHES TELLING YOU SHES A THEIF AND YOURE FALLING FOR IT!!! You got told the truth and you’re still empathetic!! My god! You masses are dumb! My god you masses are easily stoopid fools that still have sympathy for theirs and hookers! Shame on you fools! Wake up people!

I’m a quiet viewer, always watching your uploads for the past couple years with no engagement but this one made me want to comment just how amazingly powerful her testimony is. I am moved. Thank you for sharing Karla. As a mother with 4 daughters, this is highly educational and encourages me to protect my children at all costs. Thank you Karla and Mark.

Sending so much love and positivity to your sweet soul!! As a psych RN this is really valuable information. I remember when a patient told me “you don’t know what backpage is?” When she told me I couldn’t get it out of my mind. By sharing this you are educating those of us that might not otherwise be exposed to these situations. Thank you!! ❤❤❤

Are you saying that you work in a psych ward at a hospital and they do not train you on this type of issue?

@@nicolewright5342 Wow, that is so troubling to hear. By the way I didn’t ask my question to insult you. I was sincerely interested in in knowing. My heart breaks that with such a massive problem in this world, this isn’t something. That is taught to health professionals. You’re lovely to listen to this testimony to learn more. I hope policies change and people get the necessary training.

@ Took no offense at all. I was grateful to be educated by this patient and by this video. I felt a bit shameful that I wasn’t more aware. No offense to men but if it was a largely male problem there would probably be more resources available to help this matter. I felt good that we contacted all available resources for her and secured a safe place for her but after I thought about it for so many nights and started watching videos to educate myself about this, I realized that we really couldn’t give her everything needed to get out of this way of living. She came back a couple other times worse than she was when I first met her. Then we heard of her passing. I will always remember her

All I see is an incredibly strong, kind-hearted woman who can take the awful experiences she's had and channel that to do good in the world. Evil tried and, in the end, failed with Karla. You're killing it, Karla. You weren't meant to be your past, you're meant to be an amazing soul.
