Hi Nneka. 1. Does one need to notarize all supporting documents or only docs like letter of affidavit from sponsor? 2. If applying from a country of residence, does one show ties to country of residence or country of citizenship (or both) 3. If country of residence is preferable, what relevant docs can you suggest?

What if you are admitted into a 3 years advanced diploma program and you were given 2 years VISA because of the validity of your international passport. When applying for study permit extension what will you submit since you have not completed your program?

One of the requirements to apply for a study permit extension is letter of acceptance from your next program/ school. Until you have this document, I suggest you wait I hope this helps

From my experience, PGWP is a territorial rule and not a provincial one. So changing provinces doesn’t affect it but please do more research on this.

I was given a one year diploma course into can college but the pgwp eligibility of the college is “NO” Can I apply to a college that has pgwp eligibility “YES” after or before graduating from can college so as to be eligible for a pgwp? Meanwhile Can college is in the designated institution list

You’re welcome girl You would have to wait for your extension to be approved first as your visa will be extended to the expiry date of your study permit, that’s if there are no hiccups like: Soon to expire international passports.
