What a biased breakdown towards Dustin, Islam is not an aggressive southpaw 😅, he's always out of range uses a lot of kicks he doesn't brawl he waits until the cut him off and extends he counters and shoots, and shooting against southpaw is easier i am southpaw and my best takedowns are from the lead leg against southpaws , DP is a great fighter but he doesn't deal well with good grapplers who have good wrestling

I love that Stickland drops a narrow split decision in his first defence could have gone either way and he's got to "start" his climb back to title contention but Izzy on the other hands loses it twice, granted only MW to regain the belt but gets an immediate title shot after sitting out for nearly a year... 27:56 Correction Mr. Count He will throw a body kick, maybe a leg kick followed by a right hand and then shoot. I disagree with Islam being an improved version of Khabib, they’re different fighters. Islam has also straight up said that Khabib beat him up in sparring. Islam is very conservative and defensively sound in the striking department, mostly counter strikes, whereas Khabibs style was predicated on pressure. Khabib was also more durable which allowed him to get away with that. Skill for skill, Islam is like a 94/100 striker and 96/100 grappler. Khabib was like a 89/100 striker and a 100/100 grappler.
