Beef liver is multivitamin rich, easy to make , low caloric food, good for health and diabetes. It's easy to make them at home and enjoy it with no impurities and food additives. As Eid ul Adha is around the corner and people use to eat and cook kaleji at this eve so here is an easy recipe to make it. Beef liver is rich in thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, folic acid, cobalamin and many other microminerals. Diabetics need to add some amount of multivitamin rich foods in their daily life meals to get control over diabetes with reducing amount of carbs in their daily intake.
