Considering All the Stress imposed on the 4 x 2 Trunion Bolts when the front engine is pulling all that weight and / Scraping its amazing the bolts dont shear off

This is defiantly the land of big boy toys. My grandfather owned a road construction company in North Dakotan and I remember sitting on my uncle lap and getting to steer the scraper when I was maybe 5 or 6 years old back in the early 60's.

That 24H is impressive for how much power it can put to the ground. I've always loved big Tonka toys. I had Uncles that served in the CBs in WW2 and ran earth moving equipment their entire lives. As kids we sometimes would go and watch them work from a distance.

I guess Big is Beautiful as in CAT Machines as when CAT designed and produced so many components they are able to use them to so many different types of machine, Axles, Transmissions, Engines etc
