Coolant's only function in a wet liner diesel engine is to cool. It is not a vibration dampener in any practical sense. I believe you were trying to explain the process of cavitation, but your understanding of it is thoroughly wrong. Cavitation physically cannot occur without the presence of coolant (or water, which is much worse from a cavitation standpoint) around the liner.

The wheels look great. The stance is wrong. Front is too high compared to rear of truck. Truck will look fantastic detailed!

Thanks for this video! It's nice that you test the water truck before sending it out. (of course) Have they changed bolt standards when I wasn't watching? Didn't square head unmarked bolts mean low-grade strength? Grade 2 or 3? The packing wouldn't need high-grade bolts, right? Also, I saw the low-air tire and was pretty sure you knew about it, having walked right next to it. :)

For more extended running, the seals in the water pump will appreciate the lube properties of coolant. Water doesn't lubricate very well. Looks like a good setup and reasonably safe too!

A thin zip blade in a grinder is the best way to cut any plastic pipes... it's like a knife going through butter, you get a super clean and straight cut, and the pipe doesn't shake around so you can easily cut it with one hand on the pipe so it only takes 1 guy. 10X better than any hacksaw or sawsall. Putting glue on the outside of the joint is as useful as a politician.

That dash foam looked like it was glued on with a sprayed contact cement type adhesive... unless the glue fails there's no way to remove that no matter what you do. It wouldn't take long to make one yourself though, that type of material is readily available at the aftermarket auto shops.

That truck could easily have lifted of 4 tires at the time, that's not a small forklift and they weigh a lot more than they look, on the other hand, for some reason people always over estimates the weight of tires, perhaps they forget that it isn't solid rubber all the way through or something. These tires probably weigh less than a typical sedan each, like an mercedes,i bmw or volvo. Btw Anyone here that have seen the ACCO grader? It only exists on pictures today and never went into full production as far as I know, They built the worlds largest grader and bulldozer, the ACCO super dozer. That grader had 12 tires :O and look to be at least 8 feet heigh, crazy! Wonder how much it weigh

If you place a dime sized welding magnet anywhere on the ratchet extension or socket then it becomes magnetized and the bolt will never drop... it works on drill bits and screws too.

Hey quick note , the 24M is not the largest grader ever made , That title goes to the ACCO an Italian made grader with 12 tires ,33 foot blade ,two engines totaling 1700 hp and weighing in at 200 tons the second largest was the Champion 100 t with over 700 hp Cummins and weighing at over 92 tons .

Cast Iron pumps that sit a lot need to be broken free just like you did with the channel locks. It is even worse with salt water.
