Did you consider just ABS smoothing and then painting? I understand you wanted absolute perfection though, hahaha.

I have, it works great on some parts! The foglight covers would be great candidates for it, the grille is way to big to get an even smoothing and it is multiple pieces...so it is a ton of work. Vapor smoothing is awesome on some parts though.

Thank you, I have used the Einstar and had pretty good results but the better Revopoint scanners would achieve more than high enough resolution for something like this.

Yes and no, I do not currently have the skills to design a whole body kit that looks decent...but I have found one that I am able to modify...and I will be printing it out for my 350z!
