Some tire change shops will give you old tires for free since they have to pay to have them picked up and taken away 👌✌️

I use tires, as well, for several of my punching bags. they make great and inexpensive training tools.

@@darkwraithknyack126 even if the tires and rope might cost like $40, still cheaper than most punching bags, at least for me, ones where i live are like $90+, this one cost me about 10$, $7 for the rope, $3 for the tape
