WOW !!! I think you did a GREAT job on this 1920's bra. My gosh, you were just winging it and it worked so well....and I also think your gathering looked great also. The difference it made in the look was amazing. I think I'll try to make one of these myself. I am also really busty and in some clothing I feel like I look 20 lbs heavier just because my boobs are so big...Thanks for this tutorial.

Amazing! Fun to watch you go through your own thing. I was impressed you got the huge green grommet setter instead of the cheaper ones, they do work in the waistbands of joggers……

Thank you! It turned out not to be that much more expensive than the handheld ones and I could get it quicker!

Thank you! They will probably languish on a shelf for years.

Omg June. What historical picnic in the park? Tell me it's not a jazz age party?? I'm 1930s dreaming, and have been lusting over the photos from that event for ages! The bra you made is fascinating!!! Didn't they try to flatten the breasts on the 20s to make women appear very straight? Really enjoyed watching this! Whichever party you go to, please make a video!!! 🥰💜😘

No, it's not the Jazz Age Lawn Party. It's a picnic put together by some members of the New York Historical Costumers Society.

Can you link to where you got the book?

Sorry, I hadn't seen this message. I bought it from an Etsy shop that no longer seems to have it. It is a PDF copy of the book.
