Well, color me impressed. Very nice DIY machine you have there. The big thing to change is the drill motor, if you want more accurate holes, more power and longevity. Some attachments look flimsy, but...it’s wood! Still, very, very nice and beyond serviceable in a home shop. Thank you for sharing.

A beautiful machine, than you! Drum sander mode: perhaps use your power feed table to slowly raise/lower your sanding location, to increase sandpaper longevity? Such a nice tool needs a nice big motor now!

Incredibly well made. ( I would add though that the drum sander feature looks very dangerous-definitely needs to be boxed away from fingers.)
