Looks good. You should also consider adding metallic flake/glitter to your baits. Even if you just added a small amount to your clear coat and, whipped it up before you dipped your bait in.

The white powder is microspheres basically little micro bubbles. The resin is Alumilite I do believe might be wrong on that part.
