I have to say Brooke brought Chris, Dalton and myself a container each of her Sunday supper. It was all very good, but I must say OH MY GOSH that Broccoli casserole was probably the best I’ve ever had. I could have made a meal just from the casserole. Brooke, I have taken all day to watch you. I had so many interruptions. I grew up with Sunday Supper in the South. Our families got together and ate, laughed, cried, prayed, and had our own family church after church. We always went big or nothing. Leftovers from someone else's kitchen always tastes so great. I’ve been absolutely loving your Sunday supper videos! I’m from the PNW so this isn’t common up here, or at least for me and the family I came from, but my mom used to cook similarly and the things you make feel like home. But what drew me to your channel was the budget meals, that still happened to include great flavor and pizzazz ❤ So I’m wondering if you have any Sunday Supper’s that are as extravagant as your usuals, but ones you do on a tight budget? I never heard of pork medallions. They look so good. My mother in law always made big Sunday dinners. Since it is just my husband and I don't usually do them. But I should and invite our son and grand baby over for dinner. Brooke's boys are so sweet it brings back so many treasured memories of Joshua when he was little.

Thank you, Brooke, for posting these Sunday Suppers. I used to do this when I had all the kids at home, but then when it was just us empty nesters, I stopped, and it's a tradition I've really missed. Because of this series, you inspired me to do a big ole Sunday Supper for just two of us, and it's really been special with the dessert and all. If you can find a divided casserole dish, you can do a few sides in one dish. Good for two people when you don't want to make too much.

Hey Sweet Brooke sorry I'm a day late I. Finishing your Sunday supper video.. been doing last minute things to hunker down with Hurricane Milton hitting us ... Please pray for us to be safe... Am staying positive for the most part but today have felt a bit low or down been prepping for three days now... My daughter and little grandson who's 3 live with me... Things can be replaced but we can't... Ok let me finish this great video.....everything so far looks so good the chicken looks perfectly golden brown and crispy with the coating.. delicious meal once again... Im like Kylen love French style green beans... Love smoked pork... What a meal.... Decent big meal lots of food choices there Ryder.. he's so sweet... I love Kylens falling down and Brayden cracks me up with his facial expressions and his ummms everytime... So sweet to take Aunt Vickie and Cris and Dalton some of your delicious Sunday Dinner... Hi Brooke! Oh my goodness! I just love you! I was raised in the south and my mother was a southern cook and baker. A lot of your food reminds me of how she cooked and my family says I cook like my mother. A lot of the Great Southern flavors are just there. I seriously believe all the food you just made can be made in the South and taste a certain way. A person could make this same food up in New York, and it would taste different. Just like it would taste different if someone made it in California. Southern cooking definitely has a different flavor. Some people say they added love and some people say they put their foot in it, which all means the food is delicious. I absolutely adore your boys They are all so handsome and I love their reactions to your food. Your husband is very sweet and his reactions to the flavors that you have infused into your cooking are those of a husband who appreciates his wife and her endeavors. I hope the rest of this year you are all blessed and next year brings you all the best. I'm going to keep watching. I save some of your videos so I have your instructions to go by when I want to cook something delicious. ❤

Hello I'm a fairly new subscriber, I enjoy watching your videos I am much like you and stretch our food and get creative with it. But mostly I LOVE listening to you talk lol. My husband is from Sparta, TN but has lost alot of his accent as he has lived here in Indiana for more than 30 years. I wanted to give you a small tip I've noticed you have said your sons don't care for onion raw in things and you leave them big so they can pick them out, but you have also said they like the flavor of them. If so try grating the onion into things so they don't have to bite into big pieces and the flavor will still be there in the background. I hope this helps I know it works with my 4 grandkids who don't like raw onion. They have never even noticed lol. Love and hugs, take care. LaDonna

Saw this on Facebook and tried it, I love it! 2 lbs of stew meat into a casserole dish, top with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 Envelope of Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix and 1 Envelope of McCormick brown gravy mix. Bake @ 300 for 3 hours (yes, very low and slow). The beef is so tender. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles or whatever you like. My husband hates mushrooms, so I used a can of cream of chicken and it was great!!

Brooke my favorite recipe ever uses Salad Supreme! Just wrap chicken (I use bone in skin on) in bacon and sprinkle Salad Supreme on it and bake in the oven 😘🤌
