using fabric; take this pattern and make it larger (like the outer ring would be + or - 30 inches or 77 cm) cut the holes and lace in either leather or string, and you would have a purse or if you wore it on your head, a handmaiden's dust cap.

Nice. I'm not sure whether I need or want one like it, but if we get around to getting back into the SCA, or go back to the Bristol Ren Faire, it's something I could whip together quickly. I have to admit that the Sharpie on leather thing makes me cringe, but that's just me. Before I go for making one of these, I have a few more important projects to do, first. Stitching pony is first, followed by a couple of projects that I'd want a pony for. Still, this is likely to stick in my mind for a long time, since I love things like this.

Inner circle size? 1 1/2" or 2" maybe? First outer circle is 10", the second outer circle size? 9 5/8" or 9 1/2"? Thanks
