I don't cook that much living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Food is easily available and very inexpensive. But today I'm making a cake

For those who are interested in this sort of thing I am currently filming these videos with a GoPro 9 with a media mod, sometimes using a tripod, but mostly hand held. They are edited using Nero Video

Enjoyed the walk and the cake making. and sharing. You don't make a big to do about the burning season. How do you manage? Looking forward to more content.

Thanks Ed. I will be traveling south during burning season. I'm in Australia at the moment (heading back to Chiang Mai in a couple of days). I'll have a couple of things to do there before I head south mid Feb, to Bangkok and beyond.

I want cake now but don't have any lol..looked nice..we get ginger nut biscuits in uk which are great especially dipped in a cup of tea

I remember dunking them in my hot chocolate when I was much younger ( I couldn't eat them without dunking because they were too hard). They are also very good in this cake.
