I like the method behind this idea.. not a lot of work specially to those who have their apiary away from them or too busy to visit their bees on daily basis. Thanks and keep it up.

Yes this does work great for a remote apiary. As long as you can time it out correctly. Weather can always throw a wrench into the plans

I get the process but what I don't understand is why does everyone in all video's toss the cells that they start when your using the same bees same queen to make more queens or am I missing something?

If you don't destroy the cells they start before introducing the grafts, you will get absolutely terrible acceptance of the grafts you introduce. And oftentimes, as is the case in this video, the grafts are from a different queen.
