Max I've been following your videos for some time now and I just wanted to say thank you for uploading such good and informative videos so often, which are also an inspiration for me to sometimes do completely different things. I started using Blender a year ago and have learnt so much from your videos. Many thanks for that.

27:35 omg Max help i'm trying for an hour to get that glow/halo/bloom thing you did, but it doesn't appear for me, I swear I tried tweaking all the things I could... Anisotropic max, emission high, light power is much more intense that yours (1 mil W), volume scatter switching to principled volume doesn't help either, light ray emission volume scatter unchecked My object (the moon) becomes whiter, but no halo around it..

@fruityloopsquan7 ай бұрын
Hi Max hope all if well! So im thinking about taking ur course but im a bit stuck on whether i should pull the trigger or not. I need some help. Ill paste a text i asked a UE5 creator pls lmk what u think. "So Im new to the 3D game, but ive watched Bad Decisions Studios beginner series and Unreal Sensei's 5 hour beginner video and understood everything clearly. But Im a bit stuck on whether I should learn Unreal or blender. Ive watched a video on which is "better" and obviously it depends on your desired outcome. The main reason im learning all of this is to become a better filmmmaker, not a 3d artist or sculptor or anything, what do u think i should do? What route should i take? Also are there any amazing courses u recommend for Unreal? i ve found courses for Blender, im thinking about Max Hayes course but i havent found any courses for unreal besides a course by Boundless Entertainment (lmk if u kno if their course is good). Pls help! Thanks!"
