I found your channel by searching for guidance on how to improve the fullness of the mermaid skirt on my wedding dress and couldn't stop watching your videos. I just finished the one where you draft pattern pieces on the mannequin for a mermaid dress. I've bought countless books on pattern drafting and they all say it's extremely complex and hard to learn. You've made it so easy to understand. I'm making a custom tailored mannequin this weekend and am SO EXCITED to try drafting my own patterns thanks to your videos! Thank you so much! I will be trying the layering and gathering technique you mention at the end of this video to add fullness and length to my mermaid skirt. I can't wait to see your next video!
