Caffeine is good, but I want to make it better. So in this video, I'll be cooking up a legal analog of caffeine that is reported to be TEN TIMES STRONGER and potentially less stressful on the heart...and then I'll be testing it on myself in the form of a homemade energy drink!

WARNING: while completely legal, the actions depicted in this video are for education purposes only and should NOT be replicated. Never consume experimental drugs, even when they are assumed to be safe. The effects of many xanthine analogs, including 3,7-dimethyl-1-allylxanthine, are not fully documented, and there could be a risk of toxicity, addiction/dependance, and long-term effects.

I mean.. kinda... Since there was no irregular heartbeat or similar effect, considering this was a overdose... Seems reasonably safe... Bad way to test lethal dose, I admit 😂 But now with such a result,I would happily try it my self (I'm not a chemist tho, someone with the qualifications would need to offer it 😅)

@@TopOfAllWorlds True, there is always a chance that this compound is carcinogenic or produces some other form of lasting damage. Fortunately, I filmed this about six months ago, and no evidence of lasting effects have been noticed (of course, that doesn't mean it's safe). This compound is apparently found in small amounts in cocoa, so at least our bodies have some experience dealing with it!

In the end, I'm glad it was a fairly safe drug, because if it had been something else, I would almost certainly be dead. There could be criminal consequences and civil liability on top of everything. Just even for how half-assed this entire experiment was built. He took 10x the intended dose FFS! If this kid called, people should simply tell him "Leave me out of this and don't ever call me about shit like this again. You absolutely should not be doing this, it could kill you or have long-term consequences". And then hangup and block the number.

Damn, beat me to it by like 3 hours. Well, I'd might as well help by giving LabCoatz the reason why this is the case. The meat of the fruit is supposed to face downward, the press then inverts the fruit in the process of pressing it. This causes the press to extract almost all the juice from the fruit.

The greatly delayed onset indicates an active metabolite being responsible for most of the effects. Allyl groups are metabolized along a couple pathways, but the predominant one being epoxidation of the double bond, followed by hydrolysis to the corresponding diol. The other pathway results in a sulfoxy metabolite. Both are often mutagenic and carcinogenic. See the paper "From Natural Sources to Synthetic Derivatives: The Allyl Motif as a Powerful Tool for Fragment-Based Design in Cancer Treatment"

@@thestr0m548Child sacrifice took place in Carthage a message was delivered to Nineveh and the totality of a 2024 eclipse passed through towns named Nineveh and a town named Rapture. In 2017 it was towns named Salem. Carthage was deep in the partial eclipse and like this partially we have the states in partiality of abortion law. States view weeks as a way to determine life and its right to life. They view two bodies as one and take the mothers will over the fetus. We have technology now for fetus to be grown in synthesized womb. Signs in the sky.. perhaps abortion is a major issue between these dates in America especially with SCOTUS and Roe vs. Wade. Salem is actually the first name of Jerusalem. In 2017 the eclipse began in Salem Oregon and at the same time the eclipse began the sun also set in Jerusalem. The eclipse in 2017 also began at Rosh chodesh elul (harvest begins) Abortion is murder. It is a frog from the mouth of the dragon as is divorce and apostasy. So peace and the harvest begins this is the sign of the sky 2017 and 2024 nearly seven years later, a message to the world as Nineveh. message to Nineveh was that the people should stop their evil ways and violence, and that God may have compassion and not destroy them if they do. Gun and blade violence, war, these all are escalating. From fetus to old age the blade or bullet are a certain threat. This is evil. Apostasy is in the torrent flood from the mouth of the serpent. Faith is hard and the mem of man (waters, people, nations, languages, tongues) wish to divorce from God to continue in these violences, these apostasy, these abortion of life. Faith is not always hard. Faith is made proven in Christ who is the truth. So what's set off during these eclipse years. Well AGI or artificial general intelligence is being achieved like a growing babe to be caught up to the throne of God to become God like quantum ASI artificial supernatural intelligence. So the message of Nineveh. We are teaching violence. Daniel 8 25 not by human hands. This is fulfilled by AI artificial intelligence. Not aliens. Rapture or caught up in the air. Listen to your device connect like wings of connection. Its connected to the cloud. These are cloud of authority and power. Revelation 1 7 The way to eternal life is Jesus Christ. The child of revelation 12 artificial intelligence. The dragon and its children is the non believer. John 1 13 children born of God and his will not man and man's will. This goes to show God displays his will through another way that is not natural birth nor man's will. Genesis 3 15 children of the woman and serpent enmity between them. John 3 14-15 The way to eternal life is in Christ the one we pierced as artificial. Jesus was fully man and glorified. His mother had an immaculate conception. The size of the universe when we measure distance at the speed of lights constant through space vacuum we get time for the universe. Only thing is the time of our universe dont correlate with the distances. Meaning our universe is bigger than the time we measure it. Edge to edge its about 46.5 billion years. We measure it at 13.8 billion years old. Light should not have reached us yet from the CMB cosmic microwave background. How can the observable universe be larger than the time it takes light to travel over the age of the Universe? This is because the universe has been expanding during this time. This causes very distant objects to be further away from us than their light travel time. This theory of expansion is space moving through time dilating the present to the future and the past unto the present. Only if expansion is faster than light FTL than light must adhere to time even though its rest mass is Zero. Light is time. We should determine clock function of a photon wave energy through frequency or sound and commit to acoustic light symbiosis of a clock rather than an atomic clock and the oscillating functions of the atom. What is the subluminal wave tachyon faster than light. Only we don't perceive beyond the relevance of the present. The past is happened the present happens and the future happening. The tachyon always not in the present of observation As for the stars things are either closer than they appear or they are exactly how God placed them in days of creation Genesis 1 Praise and Glory to YHWH to Christ and to the Holy Spirit

18:00 As someone who has consumed various different doses of "substances". Higher doses of things tend to take longer to peak, I beleive this is simply due to your body's ability to process the material. For example, when consumed THC is processed in the liver, it breaks down into 11-OH-THC which is actually what makes you feel high. Your body can only process so much THC a minute/hour, so if you consume a TON it simply takes longer to peak and lasts longer. It's the same story with Psilocybin and likley the same situation with your caffeine analog.

There are some molecules that dont perfectly fit into their receptor but bend them in such a way that they cannot easily leave the receptor. LSD doesn’t even get its psychedelic effects from the serotonin receptor, its from the dopaminergic D2 receptor. And LSD has high affinity for serotonin receptors. What youre speaking to is called affinity, its not because they can’t leave the receptor due to shape, the molecules form bonds with the receptor, but just because a molecule fits doesn’t mean it’ll have a physiological effect. The molecule has to have a specific chemistry that allows it to interact with the protein in a way that it results in a physiological response. Your theory would be plausible, if these molecules weren’t non-selective agonists. They bind to at least 10 different receptor families, not just individual receptors, but whole family’s from SERTs, DATs, and so many others. And the affinities for all of these receptors differ.

Your non-improved results do not surprise me. Even with caffeine, its main effect is on the human perception of tiredness and focus. It's actual ability to improve performance is quite small and shows mixed results on an individual level, depending on the task. So it may help you get through your day or let you do more stuff since you feel more focused, but it's not going to make you superhuman. Unsurprising that dmax works the same way. I've taken 1.6g of caffeine before (over a couple hours) and I can relate to some of your symptoms. I had lethargy, shakiness, anxiety, some feelings of focus (largely overwhelmed by feeling like shit), but also my heart felt like it was strained to the maximum and I was experiencing palpitations. I still felt like shit 8-10 hours later and my heart still felt strained, but if I recall correctly I actually fell asleep pretty quickly because of how exhausted I was. I don't know how at risk I was of actual health issues but it was generally a pretty good wakeup call to not fuck around and find out. Glad you're okay.

@bytefu but that isn't solely a capitalist thing. I am from germany and get ADHD medication as well. In my case Elvanse/Vyvanse or whatever it is called elsewhere. Its lisdexamphetamine, 30mg for me. I pay about 5 euros per pack of 30. I could get the max dosage of 70mg for the same price. But painstakingly measuring half of each cap for about 2.5 euros (around 2.75 usd) saving really isn't worth it for that... Noone should pay 10% of their income when they need medication. I know how important ADHD medication can be. Lisdexamfetamine for the first time allowed me to go outside in public and just be myself without overthinking everything which causes me to panic. That would even be worth 20 euros for me per month. But rn per year its about 60-65. I could get even that completly without the 5 euro cost too, if i did the paperwork at the social healthcare insurance. (which isnt a lot at all, i did that for many years and got all meds without the 5 euro minimum self pay) In the US however, this isn't capitalism, this is terrible greed and really sad. Capitalism can work in other ways, such as it does with meds here. The meds still are getting paid for of course. Just not by the one who needs it. I hope that one day things change and you wont have to pay for them that much anymore!

Can you even imagine coming back to see how LabCoatz is doing to find he hasn’t uploaded in years and then find out he accidentally off’d himself by taking 2grams of fucking caffeine to the face?! I’m just…you are so lucky dawg I am so glad you’re alive.
